Herve (แอค์เวย์) THOMAS was born and brought up in Aquitaine – Southwest of France, where his cooking style has been influenced. At his early age he enjoyed helping his mother in the family kitchen and he gradually learned family recipes from her. With his passion and perseverance he pursued his dreams to take courses in culinary arts and gastronomy from the leading culinary schools in Paris – Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Ecole Gregoire-Ferrandi.
